Words from the Pastor
Hello Church Family and Community
It’s no doubt that we are in what is called uncertain times. Our country is divided, poverty is at an all-time high, homelessness, unemployment, crime, animosity among friends, strangers and even family. Surely not the way God designed things to be.
We are living in a time like many of us have never lived and now here we are dealing with a Pandemic, COVID-19, also known as Corona Virus. The Bible speaks of perilous times, and here we are. But the good thing is there is hope. We have a savior and His name is Jesus Christ.
Psalms 62:8 – Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.
No matter which way things turn out, God children will always be ok.
We pray that if it is God’s will to have us return to our physical locations, that you will join us. Our services are currently being held on Facebook Live and by phone, if you are looking for a place to worship, please join us. Our facebook page is “St. Mark UAME and St. Luke UAME” (just search for that and you will find us) if you don’t have facebook or just prefer to dial in call: 617-691-8011. Our Service Time is 10:15 AM.
GOD has put each and every one of us, here on earth to be a blessing to each other. Let’s help each other to get through these trying times and watch Jesus Work.
Rev. J. Anthony Jones, Pastor (St. Luke UAME)
